Jet had terminated the contract of the aforementioned pilots stating that “their services were not required” after they formed a trade union along with others.
At the moment, most if not all Jet Airways flights remain cancelled. It is reported that passengers are stranded at Mumbai, Delhi and other airports. However the management is reportedly trying to accomodate passengers on alternative flights.
Expect more details, stay tuned to AIR.

UPDATE 1 : Jet pilots are on casual leave. Which means..

1. Disciplinary action cannot be taken against them
2. They will be paid for the day
